Homes suitable for adults with various disabilities. Nustadjordet comprises 7 housing units with round-the-clock staffing. In addition, help is offered to families with particularly burdensome care tasks in 2 housing units. All the housing units contain: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and storage room, and also access to common living areas.

The assignment includes the construction and establishment of 10 co-located homes for people with reduced functional capacity, as well as common areas and staff base in connection with the homes. Preparation of the competition basis for general contracting and assist the client with advice underthe construction works. From sketch project, preliminary project and detailed project and the implementation phase.

The project has been carried out as a complete BIM project using REVIT/Solibri, MagiCAD, CQ Tools
