The assignment includes the construction and establishment of housing complex with 8 apartments and 1 dormitory for adults with long-term mental health problems, substance abuse problems and major care needs with a reception and round-the-clock staffing

Individually tailored follow-up is provided to the individual resident, and emphasis is placed on promoting improvement processes.

The focus is on creating a supportive environment and retaining/developing individual skills and resources.

Preparation of the tender basis for general contracting and assisting the client with this consultancy during the construction works.

The project has been carried out as a complete BIM project using REVIT/Solibri,
