Renovation and extention of existing building and help houses for apartments and design 14 new universally designed homes (60m2) and common areas.

Project offers comfortable apartments for people with care needs. Buildings designed in a human friendly scale, using natural materials, mostly wood. In the center of establishment there is a social area with integrated greenery, sitting places , providing parking for visiters and staff.
